Terms & Conditions

All guests staying at the camp are subject to these rules during their stay, which is considered an adhesion contract that must be fulfilled. Otherwise, Management reserves the right of admission and permanence.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM (15:00 hours)
• Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon)
• Late checkout may incur additional charges according to current rates
• Room payment is required in advance

Registration Requirements

All guests must register before entering the camp. Non-Colombian guests must present a valid passport from their country of origin, with corresponding admission issued by Migración Colombia. A copy will be made at reception upon registration.

General Conduct

• BOSKO reserves the right of admission for occasional visitors; access to rooms is never permitted
• Any damage caused by guests to objects, furniture, or property will be their exclusive responsibility
• BOSKO is not responsible for loss of valuables, documents, jewelry, or money not in our custody
• Accommodation is non-transferable
• Guests must behave with decency and morality; noise that disturbs other guests is prohibited

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website and/or any services offered by WEGLAMP S.A.S (BOSKO), the guest acknowledges full awareness of the offers made and the conditions of time, manner, and place of each at the time of service request.

Service Reservation

To make a reservation, the guest must complete and submit the "RESERVATION FORM" or other formats established by BOSKO on its website. The reservation is only perfected once BOSKO accepts the service request.

Types of Offers

• Standard Offers: Published on our website with explicitly established conditions
• Personalized Offers: Designed specifically for a particular guest, exceeding, modifying, or complementing standard offers

Payment

The service price must be paid as per the selected offer conditions. For personalized offers, payment must be made within ten (10) days following BOSKO's acceptance. Full payment must always be completed before the trip begins, unless BOSKO has expressly agreed to a different term.

Standard Rate

Cancellation or date change requested to info@bosko.com.co at least 8 days prior to check-in: 50% refundable.

Special Rate

Date change requested to info@bosko.com.co at least 8 days prior to check-in. Does not admit cancellations, non-refundable.

Promotional Rates

• Promo / Last Minute: No changes, no cancellations, non-refundable
• Booking / Expedia / Airbnb / Tripadvisor: No changes, no cancellations, non-refundable
• BOSKO Day Pass: No changes, no cancellations, non-refundable

Discover BOSKO / Early Booking

Free cancellation requested to info@bosko.com.co at least 7 days prior to check-in: 100% refund to the payment method used. After this period, non-refundable and no changes allowed.

Cancellation by BOSKO

In case of force majeure and/or fortuitous event, BOSKO may cancel reservations, refunding 100% of the paid value. BOSKO will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the guest.

Guest Responsibility

The guest accepts exclusive responsibility for payment of damages caused to themselves, their families, heirs, third parties, and generally any person during the validity and execution of these terms.

Risk Acknowledgment

The guest is aware of the risks and consequences involved in participating in activities offered by BOSKO at its facilities and the risks implied by staying at BOSKO, an outdoor location. Some activities may be high-risk, including but not limited to:

• Physical, mental, or cognitive damage caused by adverse weather conditions
• Activities performed at high altitudes
• Traffic rules and road conditions
• Remote location that may prevent timely medical assistance
• Security situations including theft or robbery

BOSKO Responsibility

BOSKO is responsible for providing services offered on its website as published at the time of contract completion. BOSKO will only be responsible for acts derived from intent and/or gross negligence.

Vehicle Parking

When a guest uses BOSKO parking, they must park in an appropriate place. BOSKO is not responsible for partial damage or total theft of the vehicle or objects left inside.

Personal Data Privacy

Your personal data will not be shared with third parties, as it belongs only to you (such as email, IP numbers, etc.), except with your express authorization or in case of legal force majeure in which you are involved.

Information Security

This website is responsible for ensuring your security, privacy regarding information, and respect for your data, within the limitations that the internet imposes.

Use of Information

By providing your data, you agree to our data protection policy and authorize us to use your data in the following ways:

• For the purpose for which it was provided
• For traffic statistics, improving our advertising and market offering
• To better orient services offered and evaluate them
• To send emails with newsletters, respond to inquiries, and keep you informed

Unsubscribe Procedure

To remove your data from our subscriber list, you may at any time request deletion of your information from our database via email to info@bosko.com.co

Our website does NOT aim to store information from children under 13 years of age, NOR collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that any of our data belongs to a child under 13, we would immediately proceed to delete it.
